Refund policy

Products purchased from Sav Print Studio are limited to a 30-day return policy from the date of arrival. Any return requests submitted after this period will not be accepted without prior confirmation. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new and unused, and with adequate packaging. You must provide proof of purchase and supply adequate packaging for the product's return. Original product packaging is acceptable. 

To submit a return request, you can contact us at Contact Me. If your return is approved, a return shipping label will be provided via email with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to the sender due to an improper postal address will be refunded. The product may be resent to you with an updated address but will incur an additional shipping charge.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or the wrong item is received so that we can evaluate the issue and begin the exchange process. Exchanges on damaged products are limited to the 30-day return policy. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Exchanges
If your product is damaged upon arrival, contact the shop so we can make begin the exchange process. Please see the damages and issues section above. Customers with any other exchange issues should submit a contact form at Contact Me.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
